Does anyone know how to clear impression checks?

So i was trying to get the wanewraith weapon which is locked behind Beginner's Guide Phase 3 does anyone knows how to get the non-store impression checks?

I was thinking which combination of protagonists are most people choosing, is there any major story changes for any particular combination?
