Can't find other side quests

Hello, I need help with the side quests for version 1.5. I can't seem to find the trigger for the three side quests for the event: What Do you Live For, Zen and the Art of Locomotive Maintenance, and The Fall of Phaethon. I've been running around Bloomfield Station but I can't find the side quest marker. Is the side quest time-gated that's why I can't find it? I would appreciate it if someone responded. Thank you

I usually make character designs for Genshin characters, but I just realised that this game is all about cosmetics, so how have I not done an outfit yet!! I really hope we get a Lolita or Ouji style outfit in the future!! This was a lot of fun, maybe I'll do more in the future if I have the time~
