login error

Hey fellow DNA players!Has anyone experienced an issue where they can't login and the notification says the account is blocked?I login with pc just fine but with the same account on mobile, it says the account is blocked and can't login

Cool app, very helpful... HopefullyBut is it just me, or the keyboard when I want to type something in this app just blocks the send button?And the "home" or "back" button on the phone (idk what it's called) also blocks the bottom of the app... So it's kinda difficult to roam around the app..
