Where did my geniemon go 😭

So I waited for a couple more weeks to see if I got it from the bug fixing updates, it seems like I have to contact customer support (but honestly I don’t know if I will since I’m scared of contacting customer support in general) so yea

What do I do I’ve been stuck at for a while?

Why am I not getting the geniemon I claimed through the event jump helix jump I tried asking the bot, but it didn’t work.
