So I waited for a couple more weeks to see if I got it from the bug fixing updates, it seems like I have to contact customer support (but honestly I don’t know if I will since I’m scared of contacting customer support in general) so yea

Have you checked the Geniemons tab in the character menu?

I know what I'm asking is a dumm 0_0 question but there was this time where I got a notice saying that the reward claim failed, the rewards have been automatically sent to inventory...
