Anyone tried adjusting the core wedge slot track?

Core Wedges (in the middle) increases Tolerancia instead of decrease.Similarly to Warframe's aura mods, there if you mod the slot to match the aura slot your bonus doubles.Here I dont know what to do, sincs I never saw anyone to adjust core slot tracks and it's description says "increase tolerance by the required tolerance" so even if I adjust it idk if I should adjust to a matching or a differing one.

I often stop and wait for the conversations to be over before I continue with the quests so I wont miss any lore. I use JP voice pack because I just dont like the English Voice enough

I really didn't needed another temperamental annoying superhumanlike child screeching into every conversation with their stupid remarks. I was sooo happy that the MC have their own voice, why can't he just be independent without a sidekick that does nothing but hurts ears.
