What Server are you picking?

I'm stuck with picking between EU and NA, I have a group who wants to play but are mainly from America (I'm in the UK) and I don't know wether it's worth making new friends on EU or sticking with that group 🤔😌 Or I play on both and never play a different game 🤭😂😭
