hello 👋 i feel that i finally know enough to be writing a guide, so here it is!
there are 6 elements in dna. these are pyro, hydro, anemo, electro, lumino and umbro.
each element has something called a bonus effect that is applied on hit and then deals damage over time. on top of that, lumino and umbro have their own specific bonus effects aswell. lumino will refresh the duration of all bonus effects on the enemy, and umbro will shorten the time it takes for the enemy to go back into its stance.
very briefly, stance is when the enemy has the little white bar under their red health bar, and they lose their stance when it is depleted. they have a timer that you deal bonus damage before they get back into stance.
elements also have special interactions with eachother, in which one is stronger than the other while being weaker than another. when an element has an advantage against another element, it will deal 400% more damage against the enemies afflicted. if an element has a disadvantage, then, it will deal %50 less damage.
the order is as below:
pyro > anemo > electro > hydro > pyro
lumino > umbro > lumino
in written terms, pyro is strong to anemo and weak to hydro. anemo is strong to electro and weak to pyro. electro is strong to hydro and weak to anemo. hydro is strong to pyro and weak to electro. lumino is strong to umbro and umbro is strong to lumino, and those two are weak to all previous 4 elements.
it's (unfortunately) very important to run the specific element against a specific enemy, so that you will achieve better results.

thank you for reading,

Nice, good guide. Btw I noticed that some of the colored text does "mix" with the normal letters. The space inbetween colored and non colored words are missing sometimes
