Is anyone else having issues posting submissions for the UGC Event?

I keep getting an error message saying that the progressing work hadn't been submitted yet, but it wouldn't allow me to submit it either. Is anyone else having this issue? Does anyone know how to fix it? I really want to participate in the event

Character Build Recommendations?

What's your recommended melee and/or ranged weapons to put on your characters?I'm looking for recommendations because I'm still not quite sure the best way to build each character.I know the best weapons for Rebecca, but that's about all. I'd be grateful for the help!
