Payment issue

Uhm so I tried purchasing the pass and even though I got an email stating it went through in game it says I have no active pass - is anyone else having the same issue?

So I'm looking through all the characters and simplifying their kits into ways I understand them and this seems insane - that's a max of 200% ATK for a 15 whole seconds.

Hiyaa I'm Emi and hopefully a future Truffle main ! My goal for this account is to hopefully collect and learn the playstyle of all the characters and clear any endgame content - as well as obtain costumes (I'm not sure what'll happen with Psyche's limited costume once Fina comes around so I'll likely pull for her anyways but I am soso stoked for Fina she's probably my 2nd fave after Truffle)
