Black Screen

I entered a cut scene for a side quest and it’s just a black screen. I tried clearing cache, redownloading resources and logging off but nothing has worked. I can’t even do anything cuz right when I log back in it automatically starts the cut scene. Can anyone give me advice or help on this? Thank you!
