If you want to get it, you can buy monthly order. It gives 90 phoxene daily and only costs 5 dollars. I buy it every month and already have around 15000

the event begins on 5th may. it only costs phoxene. you choose your rewards and then begin to draw. it can give you the skin on the first try and if you are unlucky, you can get it on the last try. also, the phoxene costs higher with each draw. for example its 50 on the first, then 100, 200 etc. though they haven't announced how much it costs yet
