A dev adressed this on the Discord. It was a hack. It affected only the Standalone version. Epic, Mobile, and Steam versions were unaffected. The hack was purely visual and did not put anyones data at risk. It should be fully patched now.

I'm not sure why this shows up but it's not hacked, that's a server used by beta testers or a server developers play in themselves.
