Ever since the new release, drops sometimes falls to the floor and don't get collected.
So you can't even advance in the floor level because you can't connect serum. And we all know we're not connecting serum but rather secret letters.
Drops are still not being collected sometimes.

Yeah, this is a whack existing bug from before the new release that occasionally still happens in Explo. Using serum stations and going to next round seems to fix it now, or you can drop out after getting serums to finish out the round.

in exploration if you encounter it again just activate manually the serum after that it will be back to normal
