I wonder if there's a way for us to reach out directly to the developers to send our feedback, and suggestions?

(Event suggestions, endgame suggestions, etc)

They do surveys around new patch everytime. until then you can collect your feedbacks & suggestions

surveys is used for gathering mass statistics, to present it in graphics/diagrams in automatic mode.
