Heyya, this is just stuff I've picked up as I played the game, little tips and tricks to just make the game easier

1st DO EXPEDITIONS, ever wondered what the point of your traits of your characters? Well it's for expeditions, they can give little resources here and there and are also a great way to get fish to get the free pulls and other resources in the fishing shop, to do them go to your menu, press map and on the bottom left corner is expedition

2nd INVEST IN CHARACTERS YOU WILL ACTUALLY PLAY, I know this seems like common sense but this game is f2p character wise, imagine spending tons of time farming for character only to use them 1 time in content, yes it is early in the games life so theres not much variety and sometimes you will need to bulid characters you don't like or use just to clear content for characters or things you do want, but overall don't bulid a character just because they're meta or good, thats just a waste of materials espically if you never use them ever again

3rd USE UP ALL WEEKLY AND/OR DAILY CONTENT, doing your do dillgence on weekly and dailies is extremely rewarding, you don't need to spend all your letter on 1 week but aleast do 50 letters a week for uncapped points in ballad, also do just 10 every day if you can, using up weekly bosses and mystic maze is also a really important thing every week, memo or daily points are really easy to get also so go ahead and do those, I know not everyone has the time to just sit and do this stuff but the most important by far, in my opinion is mystic maze and comissions 50, they both give tons of resources and are relatively easy to do

4th LEVEL ALL CHARACTERS UP TO ALEAST 60 LEVEL CAP, at the 60 level cap u get a free hourglass for standard banner, I know alot of people say level them up all the way for exp but honestly you get tons of exp from doing demon wedge hunting, main story, leveling used characters and more, plus leveling up all characters to max is a waste of tons of resources and gold so 60 cap is good enough, if u want exp quick I suggest doing demon wedges, it gets u demon wedges (which are very hard to farm) and 100 exp each time
