Who can make full use of this demon wedge? If possible, please adjust the skills of Sibylle. I need a character specialized in the support of Electro.

they specifically made this wedge for yuming, since they intend to make him a support for zhiliu. as far as I know, he spams skills and probably scales with sanity like phantasio.

but this is not necessary. he already gives %15 morale to electro chars when he's a combat partner

funny enough, lumino has a wedge named 'nirvana volition' which gives 88% hp and 44% skill intensity. none of the current lumino chars benefit from it, but sibylle could have if this wedge was electro.
instead of buffing weaker characters, they buff already strong characters. the gap between them is just huge.

The only character who benefits from "Enemies at equal level or below" is Sibille because her orb is always her level. No character struggles with enemies of lower lvl, so that's pointless on any character. Even Margie handles things lower lvl than her just fine. Other characters won't slot those wedges in, but Sibille players are required to sacrifice wedge slots to make up for the characters base skill scaling being unbalanced and too low.

I agree. My dream is that the enemy gets debuff (for example, +??% electro damage) when her orb hits the enemy, besides, SP is recovered when allies hit her orb.
