My "head canon" is that her horns are so tiny they are under her hair. she was very self conscious of it so she made a helmet with fake horns. On the new years skin she got over her complex.

@Renarda Yeah, that was my thought process at first, but now I'm questioning it. Nothing Margie does would be outside of the realm of a Solarian possibly. Throwing flaming trash cans? Smacking enemies with a shovel? It's hardly the same as summoning magical venomous jellyfish, flying and commanding butterflies, or commanding electrical storms.

They are only her helmet. She has an animation where she adjusts the helmet, showing they aren't real.
