That is kinda frustrating, wish the dev's would step in. (and no, i don't say this lightly, as i am an avid defender of the dev's getting their moneys some how.)I don't think it's right to get 2+ dupes on the same cosmetic on the 100th roll of iridescent hourglass because they can't be farmed the same as the Pristine hour glasses.
