I used Rythm for fast gun gliding and also a geniemon with "Deft" to auto hack the prison cells. If u have ur AI partners with u they can trigger "Deft" aswell when they get close enough to a terminal. And I was lucky! The prisoner was in the first cell. Otherwise checking each other cell would have been around 2 or 3 extra sec :D
