That 1% keeping you from having a 100 c.rate is making me feel itchy. But besides that just try to reach 250 C.dmg and 120 ER and your build would be perfect, but if you're only going for good enough, yeah this is good enough.

i also think that crit rate should be lower and crit damage higher with er
