Is anybody have an any answer from customer service ?

I complained once to their email and got an answer within two days, so if they’re behind on replies / if it’s recognised there’s multiple emails based upon the same error, they may just send a patch out and put it in the update menu the description of the fix. If you really can’t get through to them and it’s needed, the only thing I can say is to keep checking your emails, even the scam section just in case, and make sure that you’re emailing the right @

five days of waiting , no changes with issue , but they said all fixed (in fact not)
i still cant get into my accunt on mobile device.

I am waiting to see if the "direct contact" they have will be out of suspension, so that I can contact them directly.

this is working for non-critical issues, but i cant get into my $700 spent account .
