A question for those with screen readers.

If anybody here uses screen readers regularly, does the bold / italicised / underlined fonts make it difficult for the screen readers? If so, would you prefer if from now on I made sure to add a secondary paragraph with no fonts on tweets from the official account?

hi! i dont use screenreaders, but my partner does! bold etc **formatting** doesnt ruin the screenreader, but using a diffrent symbol for the letter does (think using math variable symbols for aesthetic fonts). keep in mind that formatting can make reading more difficult for people with dyslexia etc.
