I need to get Lady Nifle letters but I'm only rank 34 right now, I feel like besides main story quests theres not alot of ways to get experince but I don't know maybe there is?

ascend your weapons (those you have) and all characters to max level is another way to gove you huge amount of exp. Then you bring maxxed out (at your cap level) character with weapons to the Nototayer commission to farm more purple demon wedges, gaining more exp. Do all quests. Get over 300 wedges. Lvl up all characters(min 15-16) and weapons(~20)..you will be TR60 in no time

You can do side quests, they each grant 150 exp, while you're wandering around the world if you see new Geniemons capture them, ascend characters and weapons, obtain new characters and weapons (the ones that are available to you)... I think progressing the main story should get you around lvl 40...
