How do I change the color of clothes and accessories on the game?

If theres this icon on the top right corner, than you can color it. If not- you cant

You can only change special outfit colors, like the ones you pull for. if you have said outfit then go to character -> select cosmetics -> there will be a big rectangle on the right side showing your skin and accessories, select your skin, then on the left side a similar rectangle box will appear with the preview of the skin and on that at the bottom there will be a coloring option. Select that and you can start coloring your outfit.
