In my opinion, the character and weapon secret letters is fine. Because I think in the future, Nocturnal Echoes will be the place to get new characters, after they not available anymore in Immersive Theatre.
But for material to upgrade skills, i think it's better if they do it like Bounty Commission.
This takes coming from a gacha player that their Weekly bosses limit, even worst than DNA.
