I'm on mobile, it used to run smoothly with very low graphics settings, but I don't know what happened, now it won't let me in.

I face that too. I simply switch to the mobile network when that happens and back to wifi once I'm in. If this doesn't work or is not an option for you, try using a vpn.

Also, Before uninstalling, if you're on pc try the repair download option. idk if mobile has that option (I'm not playing on mobile)

Maybe try Uninstalling and reinstalling... If you're on mobile try clearing the cache. If nothing else works try contacting the customer support 🫠
