Fam, I've got a question. Which will be better for muscle and strength building? 


For example: 1 day/week of leg training the way Tom Platz trains


OR


At least 2day/week of leg training 2 sets till failure with maybe some partial reps

I think the legend himself definetly knows his stuff but you should try both and compare the results also include stuff like how well it fits your daily routine or are you prone to injury
