like ever since dna released i just..... DON'T want to play the handful of gacha games i have on my phone

i feel like i see my gacha games in a new way now?? dna rewards me for playing because i get items to upgrade my characters and weapons as long as i simply play the game (55 hours now!) so doing my dailies in gacha where my reward is half of a single pull when i need 200 pulls in a game that slams several NEW LIMITED GET IT NOW OR NEVER AGAIN!!! characters on the banner page every patch...... that's just evil and predatory and i wasn't spending 5 dollars a month on a pass to support the devs but rather to get more pull currency to "keep up"

even though gacha dailies are like 5 minutes tops i just don't wanna do them because maybe i see that even if i play for 5 minutes my time for half a pull isn't being as respected. while in dna i could theoretically hit a gold reward after speedrunning dismantle for that same 5 minutes and get a new character/weapon blueprint! (very very low odds but yknow)

idk man this game is awesome and i absolutely love that it's not a gacha game because if it was i would've totally written it off as a hoyogame wannabe instead of the absolute cinema it truly is 🙌
