This was my first try to get a charachter from scratch just from secret letter clues. 

Took exactly 35 mins with my terrible luck.

I did the expulsion commission (which is the fastest ig).And did it in co op.. The people in co op are fast af.. Literally i had nothing to do.lel...

Secret letters spend were less than 30..
