I suggest doing the current event for 600 Secret Letters. Other than that.... I recommend farming for mats you need. If you use Manuals, youll get a sh*t ton of Letters in no time!

If you're doing covert commissions solo, the best ones are Dismantle (~40 sec) and Capture (~1 min)
