How is everyone doing for damage against enemies? Me and my friend were having a discussion and some characters seem to be lacking in damage, despite high investment.

It's mostly on his side right now and he has intron 6 Sybille and she doesn't seem to be doing a lot of damage. I'm hoping we're just missing something.
