I have this message but this is a main story, I don't understand and search what i missed through side quests. Does this affect on storyline or everything is ok?

it's talking about in the new chapter. if u leave new area u without finishing any of the quest given, u will restart at the last save point. Basically a warning for a "long quest". I think
