After talking with other people who is having the same issue, its seems that the problem is the game doesn't play to nicely with intel integrated graphics, very unfortunate, because someone in the discord who is having the same problem as me use the gt 610 and the game doesn't crash, not the best graphics card of course, but atleast the game is "playable", while i do understand that my system is below the mininmum requirement, i do hope that the game devs atleast fixed the crashing issue, i don't mind playing the game in the lowest setting in windowed mode

Same here. I am facing the same issue cuz I'm using the intel integrated graphic card. I know my system does meet the requirements but I still had some hopes cuz I am able to play HSR, Genshin impact and PGR fine even with high graphics. I was so sad when I couldn't start the game, hope they can fix it QAQ or its GG for me 🥹👍
