I’m still stuck in the tutorial cause there is one cutscene that, for me, always freezes in the same exact spot. When this happens the screen pauses and freezes in place but the sound continues anyway..Does anyone else have this happen to them?
Who else is getting a cutscene frozen?

I've only encountered it once when we had to talk to that colorful guy for the coloring quest, but only the character froze for me, I could still move the screen around... I just exited the game to fix it.

when this happens to me I cntrl alt del to end the task of the game and reload that game. sometimes it makes me start some parts over but usually not. what part of it is it? in wuwa when I lagged so much for the cat racing event I had to ask other people to get on my account to do it for me. the rest of the game was fine otherwise at the time.
