Every 6-10 seconds the game freezes with the loading symbol overlayed. Doesn't matter if I'm in a cutscene, menu, or open world the game will buffer but the voice lines will continue during it. This happens on pc and my phone(android). Restarted and reinstalled game and changed all setting and still buffers.
