Outside of dailies, quests, and bronze/silver drops, is there any way to infinitely farm them? (no time-gates limit eg.daily). I still have a lot more of the story to get through, but have been doing some AFK farming for Randy while studying and I’m start to run out of being able to buy his secret letters (I have 20/30 of his guys!!!)

do low level commissions (infinite), spam until round 8 and restart again, maximum round until no more secret letter clue drop is round 15 to discourage afk farming
you can get 1~2 clue per minute like this, if you can clear fast
