Hey everyone 👋
I’m one of the early pre-registered players and was super excited for Duet Night Abyss’s launch! I downloaded the full game (took hours 😅) and it went really smoothly — no issues during download or setup.
When I opened the game, my mouse started having an input delay, but after switching my server to SEA, it became much more responsive (still a tiny bit delayed, but manageable). My PC actually ran the game surprisingly well — I reached the character selection scene on high settings with around 20–30 FPS, and then it suddenly crashed.
I tried reopening it, went into the settings, and lowered everything to the minimum, but it still crashes at the same point and won’t progress further.
Here are my specs:
CPU: Intel i7 6th Gen
RAM: 8 GB
GPU: Intel Graphics 500 series
OS: Windows 11 Pro
Has anyone else faced this issue or found a fix? 🙏
Also, I’m worried I might miss out on my pre-registration and launch event rewards since I can’t log in yet.
Any help or advice would mean a lot 💛

Hopefully you can substitute playing time with your phone or tablet. I won’t lie, mobile has it pretty bad… but, it is launch day, don’t stress.

Happening to me I have required setting but smooth at start then laggy after I bit of playing

i think it’s the integrated gpu because it isn’t the best for gaming

minium RAM is 16 so your below the minimum RAM is likely reason

mine didn't make pass the character selection either on my asus vivobook 16 😢, and only crashes after it, even tried to redownload it

i have intel core ultra 7 155h with with intel ARC Integrated 128eu 8x cores 16gb ram ddr5 5600mhz.
it run on 24 fps on extremely low.
i hope they fix the performance for us low-mid end users too.
