Sorry for the noob question but i have never understood utc time. I am from Pakistan and the game will go live at 10:00 UTC+8. So can anyone explain to me what time is it in Pakistan? I dont wanna be late for the game.

10:00 UTC+8 Is gonna be 7 am for Pakistan and that would be tomorrow, 28/10 at 7 am
