As a banner i think that all outfit should be put in standard banner after its limited time end especially for money purchase ones so if someone happens to not have the money or their country block any use of only digital money for some reason. They can save up pulls currencies to pull for the paid ones

from what I recall, I think I saw something about only new outfits being on the banner with old outfits going to a regular shop to be purchased outright.
so you can either gamble on the banner to get it early or be patient and pay a normal price.
