Character tier lists are basically useless rn😭all this information is from CBT2 and since then so many things have changed lol. There’s no longer 4 stars or 5 stars so all the previous 4 star characters damage numbers have definitely changed by then

if this game is anything like warframes balance it shouldn't matter.
Pick the one you like
invest into them
and you can wreck everything just fine everything is permanent so no need to follow meta or rush anything
