Anyone know how many "shards" we get per run in the dungeons?? And how many we need for 1 character??

You need 30 for a character. The trial gives 3 rewards that can be part of 3 tiers and you can only choose 1 of them. Each reward has an almost 2% chance for it to be 10 character shards, about 30-40% for a tier 2 reward (2 character shards or some other materials) and the rest for a tier 3 reward (just some basic materials).
