[DNA THEORY] How Will the Two Main Characters Finally Meet? (Info from the Livestream)

Hey everyone, I just watched the Global Launch Special Program, and there are some big clues about our "Dual Protagonist" story!

The game is confirmed to have a "Dual Perspective, Dual Story". Here's what we know:

1. Female Protagonist (FP):Her story is pretty clear. She starts on Purgatorio Island, gets attacked by Cibil and the Empire, and ends up alone in Ice Lake.

2. Male Protagonist (MP): He's way more mysteriousl. His voice actor says a very interesting line: "I will keep watching over you, the one across the shore..."

The stream also said their two stories will eventually "converge" (come together).

This leads to some big questions for speculation:

-Who is the Male Protagonist talking about? Is it the Female Protagonist? How long has he been watching her?

-How will their stories "converge"? Will they meet as friends at Ice Lake, or will they fight each other first?

-The MP also says, "Providence has intertwined our paths" (meaning fate has linked them). What is this "fate" that's forcing them together? Is *this* the "Duet" the game's title talks about?
