I think I am having an issue

So when I try to open the game, it doesn't bring me to the login screen, the game shows me a black screen and kicks me out of the game in seconds

It happened to me with wuwa before. i had to uninstall a big app and remove some heavy videos. i al ready had the storage space but It didnt matter. the best solution was clearing storage, uninstalling, restarting the phone and trying again. best of luck!

It happened once to me too (it works alright now and I already logged into my account and just waiting for the game to open the servers)

whats ur device? maybe ur device cant play it? maybe they didnt optimize the game for ur device?

@Qiuyuan iphone 12 is the minimum requirement for an earlier beta, maybe the minimum was raised or u might need to update ur ios? no clue
