There are a couple easy options you can go with
1. Heroic launcher
You can get it through any app manager, all you need is an epic games account. You have to log into epic through heroic launcher and find the game, then just add it to your library and it will appear in the main heroic library. One thing you have to do before tho is go to the Wine manager tab and download the latest version of GE-Proton. After all that go to the library and click on the settings button on DNA shortcut, the first option will be the choice of the wine version that should be used - choose GE-Proton latest. After all this you should be able to download and launch the game launcher. I was able to pre download and launch the game into the login screen using this method.
2. Lutris/Steam
For this you will have to manually download and install the game launcher from the official website, installation can be done through wine or lutris (just launch installer with wine, or choose install the game with exe in lutris). The same way you will have to get the latest version of Glorious Eggroll's proton version (on his GitHub) and add it to Lutris/Steam compatibility tools, guides on doing this can be found on the same GitHub page.
For Lutris you will have to click "add locally installed game", after doing that name the game installation(anything you want), choose the runner - Wine, go to game options tab and add the executable, it's located in the folder that you installed the game in and named EMLauncher.exe, then go to runner options and choose the latest installed GE-Proton, also in the system options tab you will have to manually select your GPU if your CPU has integrated graphics because it defaults to your CPU graphics. Hit Save button and you should be able to launch the game.
For Steam you will have to add a game -> add a non-steam game, look for the launcher executable and add it to the library. After that find the launcher in your library go to its properties and navigate to compatibility tab and click force specific compatibility tool, choose the latest GE-Proton you installed. After this you should be able to launch the game.
P.S: at some point the game will release on steam officialy and you won't have to do the installation part but will still have to probably run it with GE-Proton.
There are other options like writing custom wine prefixes but I'm not going to go into it as I'm not an expert on that matter.
Afterword: this will not work with a 100% success rate because of how linux gaming is, at the end of the day it's a gamble on what hardware/distro/etc you have because huge portion of developers are still not developing the games with native linux support in mind, but I hope everything works out for you.

Murasaki
I managed to install it with Lutris, and it seems to run fine with maxed settings, on the title screen at least...
