I’d hope they are, these tierlists are only a speculation, from CBT2! I’d assume maybe like how easy it is to play or build a character may be taken into account for this tierlist, but I’m sure it’d change a lot by release ☺️

Definitely, you’re 100% right, the info for this tierlist is COMPLETELY based on CBT2, and I’m sure Boarhat.gg will upload an updated tierlist once the game releases, this is more of a vague idea of the characters i believe ☺️
