It says 10 AM UTC+8, so let’s do the math in style. We take away 8 hours, giving us 2 AM UTC. Now let’s convert that to Mexico City time. I’m not sure exactly where you are, so I’ll use Mexico City as the reference. That comes out to 8 PM.
