optimizations regarding android and ios devices..

all i'm worried about is the mobile release, hopefully its optimized than before, because a certain majority of audiance is gonna be playing it on android and ios.. as a person with relatively higher spec phone with snapdragon 8s gen4 (just for the context i play wuwa with highest possible setting for hours with no issues at all..) it should be optimized enough to run smoothly with high settings on flagships of last 2-3 years and ios devices over iphone 14 series..

yupp 60fps is a must but if your device doesn't support it than 30 is a good go..
